Struggling to Sleep Through the Night? You’re Not Alone

Imagine waking up every morning feeling exhausted, even after what seemed like a full night’s rest. Maybe you’ve been told you snore, or you find yourself waking up gasping for air. You may have headaches, daytime fatigue, or trouble concentrating.

These are the frustrating and sometimes frightening symptoms of sleep apnea—often a hidden condition that leaves millions of people suffering without even knowing why.

You’re not alone. Up to 70 million people suffer from sleep apnea and it is possible to treat.

At Breathe Sleep Center, we understand how disruptive sleep apnea can be. It affects your health, your energy, and your quality of life. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

We help patients just like you regain control of their sleep, offering effective and personalized treatments that lead to peaceful nights and brighter days.
With our compassionate care and advanced treatment options, you can finally break free from the cycle of restless sleep.

Let us help you get back to what really matters: waking up refreshed and living each day to the fullest.

What Is Sleep Apnea?

Sleep apnea is a condition in which your breathing repeatedly stops and starts while you sleep. These pauses in breathing can last for seconds to even a minute, causing your body to wake up just enough to resume normal breathing.

This constant cycle prevents you from getting deep, restful sleep, leading to daytime exhaustion and other health issues.

Causes of Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea can be caused by a variety of factors, including:

Obstructed Airways

When the muscles in the back of your throat relax too much during sleep, they can block your airway

Excess Weight

People with excess body weight are more likely to develop sleep apnea because the fatty tissue around the throat can obstruct breathing

Family History

Genetics play a role, and those with a family history of sleep apnea may be more prone to the condition

Nasal Congestion

Structural issues like a deviated septum or chronic nasal congestion can also contribute to sleep apnea

Symptoms of Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea often goes undiagnosed because it happens while you sleep, but there are telltale signs that may indicate you have this condition:
  • Loud snoring;
  • Pauses in breathing during sleep;
  • Waking up gasping for air;
  • Morning headaches;
  • Daytime fatigue and drowsiness;
  • Difficulty focusing or concentrating;
  • Mood changes or irritability;
  • Dry mouth or sore throat upon waking.
If any of these symptoms sound familiar, it may be time to take a closer look at your sleep health.

Our Unique Approach to Sleep Apnea Treatment

At Breathe Sleep Center, we know that every patient’s experience with sleep apnea is unique. That’s why we offer a comprehensive and customized approach to treating this condition.

From the comfort of your own home to advanced treatment options, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

At-Home Sleep Study

Diagnosing sleep apnea used to mean spending the night in a lab, hooked up to machines. But at Breathe Sleep Center, we make it simple with an at-home sleep study.

You can complete the test in the comfort of your own bed using a small, portable device. The device monitors your breathing, oxygen levels, and sleep patterns, allowing sleep experts to accurately diagnose sleep apnea without the hassle of a lab visit.

Treatment Options

Once we have a clear diagnosis, we’ll work with you to determine the best treatment for your unique needs.
We offer a variety of sleep apnea treatment options, so you can find the solution that fits your lifestyle and health goals.

CPAP Therapy

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) is a well-established treatment that keeps your airway open by delivering a steady stream of air through a mask. We will work with your primary healthcare provider if this is recommended.

While CPAP is highly effective, we know it’s not for everyone, and we’re here to help if you need alternatives.

Oral Appliance Therapy (OAT)

For those who struggle with CPAP, oral appliance therapy offers a comfortable and convenient alternative.

This custom-made device is similar to a mouthguard and repositions your jaw to keep your airway open throughout the night.

It’s discreet, easy to travel with, and effective for many patients with mild to moderate sleep apnea and even some severe cases.
